Heng Kee operates a diversified food and trading business with multiple work premises across different sectors of the industry. Beyond operating wet markets that specialize in the sale of fresh meat, we also run our own trading company, Heng Kee Trading, which engages in the buying and selling of commodities directly from manufacturers.
In addition, we manage a portfolio of food and beverage establishments, including our own Bak Kut Teh shops offering signature claypot Bak Kut Teh, braised pork trotter, Dong Po's pork and a variety of traditional dishes. Complementing this is our Nanyang Braised House, which specializes in braised dishes and other Nanyang-inspired food offerings. Through our integrated operations, we maintain strong control over quality, supply, and consistency across all business units.

Heng Kee Trading is the trading arm of our group, specializing in the procurement and distribution of commodities directly from manufacturers. By sourcing at the manufacturer level, we ensure consistent quality, reliable supply, and cost efficiency across our operations.
All ingredients, raw materials, and essential supplies used by our Bak Kut Teh outlets and Nanyang Braised House are provided exclusively by Heng Kee Trading. This integrated supply chain allows us to maintain strict quality control, product consistency, and food safety standards across all our food establishments.

Established in 2018, our bak kut teh shop has been proudly serving customers for over eight years and continues to do so with the same dedication and passion. Our bak kut teh is prepared using our own carefully curated blend of herbs and a proprietary recipe, developed to deliver a rich and authentic flavor.
All meat used in our dishes is sourced directly from our own wet market, ensuring strict quality control and freshness in every meal. Through this integrated approach, we are able to consistently provide high-quality, hearty meals that reflect our commitment to tradition, taste, and customer satisfaction.

Established in 2025, our Nanyang Braised House specializes in traditional braised dishes, complemented by a variety of offerings such as char siew, roasted meats, and in-house roasted and braised duck. All meats used in our dishes are sourced fresh directly from our own wet market, allowing us to maintain strict quality control and freshness across every meal.
